What goes on a Christmas donut from The Donut Run?
The Donut Run’s Christmas box is decorated by hand, in our own kitchen, with reindeer, snowmen and trees. We also decorate for birthdays and team mornings through the year, and for Valentine’s Day, St Patrick’s Day and Easter.
If you want a specific colour scheme, say so when you order, because that needs more notice (see below).
How much notice does a Christmas donut order need?
The Donut Run asks for a day’s notice where you can. A dozen usually needs a day, and several dozen or a specific colour scheme needs two or three days. The shop has no separate Christmas rule, so the same notice applies.
For pickup on Christmas Eve, Thursday 24 December 2026, three days’ notice means ordering by Monday 21 December. The shops are closed on Christmas Day.

What are The Donut Run’s hours around Christmas?
All three shops open as normal on Christmas Eve, with a 5:00am opening, and are closed on Christmas Day. They are also closed on Thanksgiving Day and every Sunday. New Year’s Day opens at 6:00am instead of 5:00am.
